That shit goes both ways. I lived in Cd. Juarez for years and I've been married to a Mexicana for almost two decades. Yea I be mad. However when it comes to it being a "Latina" situation it can be 50-50. A lot of Latina wives are disrespected by their hubbies. They don't acknowledge their wife or they even cheat on them. I used to work at a mostly Latina school where there were a lot of unhappy married Latina women. They trusted me enough where they would tell me the stuff their hubbies do (thank goodness I learned Spanish). But they stay with them for their kids or to stay in the USA Back in my very early restaurant days I worked with Latino men who admitted that they cheat on their wives.

Last year I hit on a Latina cleaning woman who was with her sister and the sister actually was trying to hook us up because the girl's hubby was treating her bad. So yea sometimes it works out, other times it doesn't. But at least they get a bottled water out of the deal (my opening line in talking to them).
