Just looked up what this was. If you are positive then your wife is likely positive too. Now when your wife goes to a doctor when she doesn't feel right she will find out she has it and know it came from you if you are the only guy she's been with. If you are positive you need to tell her for her own health. Yes it may be a sad ending to a happy marriage but in the end you can at least say at least you told your wife the truth.
