The Feds will still see it if they are doing a background investigation. I can't tell you how many times when I was an Army Recruiter I would Mom & Dad that I didn't care what any judge said about it being expunged, wiped, clean, etc. We will find it! They would say there is nothing there and when it showed up they acted surprise because the judge said.

Hope you never need a security clearance for a job involving the federal government.

I should have been clearer. It will not show up on an employment, credit, or public search. Government agencies can still access it, but are not allowed to make it public. It's still better than being denied employment or credit application.

So I'm sharing my misconceptions:

1. Just because it's a nice hotel doesn't mean the coast is clear.

2. 3 days of posts are not enough.

3. Older providers are safest.

For example, if a person agreed to a dollar figure and 30 min hhr incall. There is nothing that could convict you in a court law. An easy defense in court is just saying that you were coming for a massage, with no sexual intent. Massage's are legal whether at a parlor or hotel room or your home. The typical tell tale signs I can find is they won't post or send nudes, just suggestive stuff and they try to lock you into a dollar figure, some explicit act and an understanding that you're coming for said services. I'm not confident that some lingo about time or donation is gonna fly as it'll fall into some sort of it's going to be understood or should be understood what you're visiting for. Like don't even count out the $ separately and put it in your pocket or anything. Really, if you have a family or reputation to lose, it's time to really get out, re-evaluate priorities or stick to regulars.

Had a similar experience in Florida a long time ago. You best get a lawyer and have them try to plead it out as "no contest" (no lo contendre). Then most important, have them apply to have it expunged. This way it will not show up on any record search. Unfortunately, this is going to cost you, but it's the best way to cover it up.
