It sounds like a good idea until her pimp shows up as her union rep to get her more money for the 9-5 and even more for "other duties as applies" portion of her PD. Keep your business and pleasure separate. Keep your relationship with your staff purely and solely professional. In addition to EEOC Complaints, if your assistant doesn't want to do some task or if it becomes necessary to terminate her, it will be difficult and add complications to your role as her boss. The previous advice, don't shit where you eat is spot on. Keep your lives separate.
