From the below link stg had temporarily closed new signups and only the existing account holders were able to post ads. They will allow new account holders to sign up by early October. Hope we will see new girls showing up from this month.

Can't help with New York or North Carolina, but I'm very familiar with Tampa and Sarasota. Plenty of information is posted in Tampa. Sarasota truly has little action, except for a couple of overpriced AMPs. A smidge to the north is Bradenton, which has slightly more action than Sarasota. Next time you travel to Florida, save time for Tampa and Orlando. The Mecca of AMPs is Orlando.

It could be other places post elsewhere. Where I lived before, information was rarely posted in the Kansas City, MO section here. Last post was on 8/23. If you check Kansas City Metro section of ECCIE, you will see 15 review since 8/23. I did check here when I was in KC, but only once every week or two. Sometimes an out of town would post something interesting.

There was an escort agency a number of years back that had their way of avoiding arrest and prosecution. I never heard if it actually worked. We all know paying a lady for sex is against the law. According to them, paying an "actress" to make a sex movie with you was not. This included making a sex movie just for your enjoyment. You could bring your own recording equipment or they had some already setup in the room. You were required to record the lady and you having sex, but you got the tape or DVD to enjoy later. They had some hot ladies, but they also wanted almost twice what other agencies charged.

This is an interesting question and it all depends on context. If you go out and hire two prostitutes to have sex with each other, technically yes, it's prostitution. If you date two college chicks to bang each other for $100, probably not.

"Prostitution" in Maryland law means the performance of a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse for hire. But a "Sexually explicit performance" means a public or private, live, photographed, recorded, or videotaped act or show in which the performer is wholly or partially nude, and which is intended to sexually arouse or appeal to the prurient interest of patrons or viewers.

What is legal depends on the argument you make if you get caught.

All I got from Google search was a ton of information on "voyeurism" which doesn't really apply to any of the scenarios you just described.

Because it's the US and the climate here has been so puritanical for centuries regarding the overall view towards sex, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a law against it. Say the worst should happen where you paid two girls to get it on and the cops had you dead to rights on comms & the exchange of money. It's a strong probability you'd be booked & prosecuted pre-COVID. But since LE has started to roll back their prostitution / solicitation arrests a year or so ago, you might be okay.

Of course, it goes without saying that it's best to avoid getting caught altogether. Playing it safe, keeping your head on a swivel, and dipping out when you suspect something's off--all that goes a long way to ensuring maximum fun in this game. Cheers!
