A friend of mine at work recommended this for stress relief and better quality sleep. Since it is herbal and organic, I picked it up from Costco (this is about a year ago). It did help me stress not sure if my sleep actually got any better though. What I did notice was that I was rock hard (not like viagra, but definitely helped the libido). What I can say is this. And I am NO doctor. It definitely helped me a lot in that department. It was a lucky surprise. To be clear I am younger and do not have any medical issues. So maybe it is a very YMMV thing.

Eh. Getting checkups on actual hormonal balance and being free of cardiovascular issues (blood flow) are the main factors concerning libido etc. Staying fit and hydrated are the basics. Those should be prioritized over such things.

Don't know where to post this, but thought it might be helpful for fellow mongers. I am in the older age range of hobbyists. I took up weight training and cardio pretty seriously the past couple of years. Coincidentally, my libido began to suffer, and I was having difficulty "perfoming" although I looked great. I even added viagra to try and help. Over time, that began to become less effective, and I thought my mongering days were about to end. Then, I stopped using pre-workout and vastly reduced my creatine intake and leaned down a bit. I also stopped doing intense cardio and transitioned to a walking routine as well. My heavy lifting went to lighter weights with more reps. Magic happened. I am now getting rock hard easily without viagra. My libido is off the charts. AMP ladies are amazed at my instant response and staying power. I can go for two pops now, or two visits a day without taking "recovery days" -- no problem. Don't know exactly what's going on, but it's borderline miraculous.

I always enjoyed that reason, I had a regular BBFS friend that met for about 1/2 her regular rate (125-150 depending on the day), I got that reason a couple times so once I waited outside her apt.
