It's just a scam. Yes it's fucked up but that's what scammers do. Don't forget places like this use temporary numbers too. I've had a message like this when I lived in Miami nothing to fear just block the number and move on with the hobby. As for everyone saying to challenge him don't waste your time because of course the other person doesn't know shit.
