I've never asked for just a HE but I'm sure its available and topless too. I doubt you'd get it for just a 40 tip though. Considering they try to get a tip of 140 or more for FS, my guess would be they'd want at least a tip of 60 to 80 for a HE. But since I've not tried for a HE, I can't say for sure. So, your best bet is to just take a chance and see what happens.

Went to Tokyo the other day. I thought with 4 over there, why not try them all.

It started very nicely indeed. After mama san took me to the room an reasonably attractive 40 something lady walked in. After paying the house fee, I got a really nice table shower. Short answer: No.

If you go really late at night there is a 90% chance you will get Pink. She will all the while (after you are already naked) suggest you should come during the day after 9 am meet all the women available.
