The truth is, if you keep banging other girls, you will only grow less interested in having sex with your SO. You may not realize it but you are slowly programming your sexual preference. Yes, a couple of receipts from yesterday when I visited Lantau Island.

Not sure why I bothered as people will say I make up those receipts anyway. The hobby wouldn't exist without men in sexless but otherwise friendly or loving marriages. Many of us can rationalize that we shouldn't have to choose between a good partner for many aspects of life and the pleasure and excitement of good sex, so this is a way to have both. Its hard to not have any guilt, but its much less than the guilt of a 'real affair' or just ditching your wife or SO in the search of better sex.

But I would say really think through how you're going to do it so you minimize the chances of getting caught and forcing the issue.

What phone, apps, emails, etc will you use to communicate with potential providers?

How will you justify the time away from home and / or work?

Is there any 'find my phone' utility you need to research how to temporarily disable?

Will you be able to get several hundred dollars at once without it being noticed?

How sensitive is your SO to different smells etc that may come home with you?

On the off chance you're worried you caught something, how can you test and get treatment discreetly?

If you've thought through all of those kinds of things, you can think about the kinds of providers & experience you want to have. A high end more exclusive provider can give you a cleaner more intimate experience, but these days that will cost a significant amount. You can spend a lot less to just get off quickly with a young girl, but if the experience is rushed, mechanical, or doesn't feel clean / safe then you may end up feeling more guilt and be more turned off to the hobby as a whole. Don't feel pressured to recreate every experience you read about here. An older, married monger with a limited budget is not going to have the same options and experiences as young, single guys with money to burn and no concerns about risk (although there are plenty of providers who actually prefer some maturity).

I'm glad you have guilt, because this means you love your wife. Me I'm with my wife only so my daughter can live together with both parents. I've lost all love for my wife, and divorce isn't an option now. My sex life is non existence. I have zero guilt, these women help me stay sane. You should try to get out the hobby, and don't mess up your marriage, since your an ethical person, and seem to care for your wife. You don't want to get caught and lose a good woman.

My honest advice is to work at improving your sex life at home. You need to talk to your wife and tell her that you have needs that are not being met, and what needs to happen for those needs to be met. It will be safer, cheaper, better and more passionate if your wife starts having more sex with you than starting this addiction. I would resort to this addiction as a last resort.
