So generally speaking, if those were my two choices, I would keep looking until I find someone that fits what I'm looking for. If I genuinely could not tell if the girl was in her 30's and thought she was in her 20's, I'm fine with that.

But there are physical attributes that change with age. Like if the girl has looser skin & you can't "bounce" a quarter off her ass. Those type of details do register in my head which eventually turn me off.

Or if you can see wrinkles or the age show in her face.

There's a noticeable difference between the expression a seasoned provider has vs. A younger one who is "fresher" to the scene.
