Would expand this even wider to just providers in general, not just K-girls. FIV is somewhat rarely listed on menus. Jeff is right on with the reason though: average guys are poorly groomed with dirty hands and bad technique, so they just make it a rule to avoid the headaches. I would say warm up with plenty of DATY first and then ask if it's okay, work up slowly etc.
