It is a big can of worms for sure. The only way out is to either not show any faces or edit the videos to blur out any identifying faces. If he was only showing 2 bodies getting it on or close-up boy / girl action then it could be any 2 people. If you can't identify the parties then there isn't a case. Of course some of these gals post videos of themselves on porn hub.

Then they would have to be able to identify him and if he is using practices like using a burner phone and keeping his real identity obscured then it would be more challenging. Then LEO would have to go to surveillance videos to try to identify who he is or get his tag # off those videos.

North Carolina (and most states) has revenge porn laws, which are intended to protect people from their exes posting sex tapes online after a breakup, but they basically prohibit any posting of pornographic / sexual content when one party had a reasonable expectation of privacy. So yes, unless these girls straight up were giving him permission to post on pornhub then what he did was probably illegal. The way the law reads is a bit goofy, you can't post sexual content of another party else when they had a reasonable expectation to privacy, with the intent to humiliate, demean, intimidate, harass, or coerce said party. But the intent clause there could be big enough to drive a bus through when it comes to hookers, or it could be nonexistent depending on the judge. The important thing is this is a criminal law, not a civil one. So why'all mentioned being sued, and he could most certainly be sued (idk if they'd win), but he could also face criminal charges, which is an entirely different fucking mess to be in.

That's not to say he took them down for that reason, he could have just not wanted all of the publicity that comes from having them posted here (this board has a fucking huge amount of lurkers), he could have had one girl freak out on him and he felt bad, whatever. And while yeah, if a girl in one of those videos went to the cops they could have pretty easily gotten him arrested, or they could have gone to a lawyer and gotten them to file a suit, and they'd have solid legal ground to do either, but let's be real. This dude was throwing videos of the most bottom of the barrel hookers on there. These girls aren't consulting lawyers or going to the fucking cops haha. A much more likely scenario is some pimp / boyfriend / handler finds out where he lives and makes for a really bad day.

The girl could still file a civil lawsuit and would have a very good chance of recovering damages in civil court.
