Yep...that was the dog, I mean, girl.

She appeared to be checking out cars and got stopped a few times, leaned into the car to talk, and then moved on...dog in tow by leesh.

I wouldn't waste my time on it...I spotted her monday afternoon around 4pm. I went into stealth mode and followed her a bit. She either was the dumbest, naivest white girl to walk her dog through some rough neighborhoods, or she was a sw.

She circled the area then walked all the way down sigourney to the fire station, then banged a right and headed into the one way jungle near the hospital.

Caused way too much of a scene...

I hooked up with a WSW (hell, has to be almost 7-8 months ago now) in the ashley area who had her dog with her... did the loop around the block a couple of times to make sure she was really a SW -- couldn't believe she'd be out working with the pooch...

Anyway -- I pulled over after getting a look that couldn't possibly be mistaken and she hopped in and tried to send the pup on his way. The dog chased after us for a few blocks after we pulled away, and she drew attention to us by yelling at the dog out the car window. As a white guy in the north end of Hartford, I have enough trouble staying in stealth mode without a prostitute hanging out of the car yelling at animals! It's not polite to get your customers arrested, LOL. On the up side, I suppose LE might not watch her as closely, figuring that she's really out walking the dog.

In any case, everything went off without a hitch. We found a private spot, did FS in the back of the car. She was nothing to write home about, but got the job done. Short thin girl, long brown hair, with a cute ass but small droopy tits.

Don't know if your sighting was the same girl or not, but that was my experience with SWWD (street walker with dog).

Recommendation: I wouldn't go out looking for her, but if you happen to cross paths on a slow night, she might be worth a stop.

Picked up a very cute WSW named Colleen along Walnut around 2am this morning. She was about a 7 on the SW scale. It was my first time seeing her, but she said she was out a lot last year. . I got a nice deep bbbjtc for .20. Junior was very happy with her, will see again if out and about. Like most of the ladies out there she doesn't have a phone.

Blues Hills Ave, the last 3 to four blocks before Albany, also north of Tower Ave. Found Maria on Laurel and Niles Fiday afternoon.

She 's apros. 23 yrs, tall, slim,spanish, clean, good service, 7 looks, 8 service, very attentive.

Went down Niles Saturday 9pm, loads of LE on corner of Sigourny. Thougth it was firemen at first but as I got closer at least 8 LE women and men in police T shirst. So I went to the other end of town to Weathersfield AVE, found a 35 year old spanish, 6.5 looks, 6 service, very clean, very friendly, very cautious. Her name was also Maria, must be the new in name?

IMPORTANT UPDATE: MILLING AND PAVING OF FARMINGTON AVENUE (SISSON AVENUE TO WOODLAND STREET) RESCHEDULED TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2004.

The Department of Public Works is continuing its 2004 road reconstruction program. Farmington Avenue (Sisson Ave. to Woodland St.) will be milled (deteriorated pavement removed) on Friday, October 1, 2004 and paved on October 2, 2004, weather permitting. Through traffic will be maintained by channelization of safety drums and traffic signs. During milling and paving some driveways will have limited access, however. night access will be maintained. Detour signage directing through traffic to alternate routes will be posted if necessary. The public will be notified of any delays to this schedule.

Ripoff Warning! Lily or Lily Beth, 30s, white, 5'6", dirty blond hair, ok looking. Last seen wearing blue jeans and a red top working the area around New Britian & Broad. She lives at 29 Wilson Street in Hartford. Her apartment is on the 3rd floor in the South West corner of the building. She will take your money and provide no services. I lost some bucks to her, but she is going to end up in big trouble or in jail when she does this to the wrong monger or undercover LE.
