I was stationed in Germany in the early 90s while I was in the Army. When I got there I heard that prostitution was legal, but at first had a I have no need to pay for it attitude. In my opinion at the time paying was for those who couldn't get it any other way. This is a fun thread. I got my start at about 19 in the late 70's. I was driving to work one day going West to Laramie and the Ike.
