Could it be that the poster is actually her and trying to drum up interest without actually posting an ad? I've seen the strategy many times on here. Although if that were the case the target audience may be those that already have her contact info and haven't contacted her for awhile since I can't easily find her contact info either.

If that's not the reason you are right, having 20/21 posts continually asking for her info seems a bit strange.
