Saw something that I've never seen before and I saw it twice today. I was on Trop right about noon, heading to a meeting, didn't see much out until I hit the corner on Cameron, saw a BSW in the Orleans parking lot on the side. Pulled in but two elderly couples took 5 minutes to cross and by the time I got over there she was gone. Damn, I leave, drive back east on Trop to Dean Martin, nothing. A white Dodge Ram pickup truck with a tool box in the bed and a grey Dodge 200 sedan, neither displaying lights. I wanted to follow but there was another car full of old people in front of me that needed all traffic to stop before they would move. Finally they moved.
