No, you are not legally required to answer that question. However, note one very important fact. Police can, and will detain you and / or arrest you for just about anything. (they don't give a shit that the bullshit charge will stick, they will just ruin your evening) So the cardinal rule is to not give them sass or act disrespectful at any time, or be evasive.

If you cannot come up with a reasonable answer to that question, you should not be cruising. Cmon guy, Vegas is the easiest place to answer that question. Simply answer that you are heading to whatever casino you are moving towards.

It is much harder to come up with a reasonable answer in many bad areas in some cities late at night. I have been pulled over countless times for the simple crime of being an old white guy in a black neighborhood. Yes, this is racism, it happens this way too. Most the time, they don't suspect I am on the hunt for pussy, they suspect I am there to buy drugs. Quite a few times I have been searched (for drugs). The one and only time I told them they couldn't search my car ruined my night. They simply said, OK, and we waited 3 hours for the K-9 unit to show up, and they had the dog sniff the car. It didn't signal, so they let me go.

I am not a lawyer, but from what i have read i believe the only questions that you are legally required I'd Registration Insurance. (maybe do you have a weapon, not sure). However, not having a good answer to that question will arouse suspicion and the police officer may spend more time and effort trying to find a reason to arrest you. I can also tell you from experience of driving on the stroll even if you have a reason, the police can issue you a warning and let you know that you are noted in their system for driving on the stroll for future reference.

Yeah I've been pulled over multiple times on boulder or fremont. Always some lame excuse, failure to maintain lane, or because my tags came back weird, some dumb shit like that. A couple of times I've given them attitude, why you running my tags in the first place? And they always come back with lamer excuses. Depending on which way I'm headed, I'm always coming from some casino checking the poker room, and headed to another to check the poker room there. Maybe I can't sleep because I have insomnia or ptsd so I'm just driving around. As long as they ddint see me talking to a girl or with one in the car, good luck with any of their other silly tickets.

A lot of police cars have a scanner on the front of their cars that lock in on license plates and automatically run them, then alert the officers if there is a problem. This frees up the officers to keep a look-out for criminal activity while the car automatically looks for opportunities to write shitty tickets.

I used to bring dates back to my place and it was cool at first. Saved a few dollars. I didn't keep anything of value out that accessible. I travel so I was rarely there. Have a door man that regulates riffraff. He's retired military and PD so he does not hesitate to throw people out.

In my experience, seeing girls "off the street" is actually a lesser experience than when you pick them up while they're strolling.

When they are walking, they are working. Granted, they may only hit the track when they are in need of some more immediate money and they may be a little more rushed or anxious, but a good provider will be good once she is in work mode. Many times when I call a girl, she is out of work mode and it shows. You pick a girl up while she's walking, it takes a few minutes to find a spot and then your dick is being pleasured. You call her, and now you have to wait because, believe it or not, these girls have lives outside of sucking our cocks. She's at a friend's, she's waiting for someone, she's got to get dressed, she was just about to go to sleep, she just got high and she's really fucked up. Think of all the reasons you can't leave your house right now, and she's got that many reasons why she can't come to you right now. The worst one is when she makes a date with you and blows you off because something better came up or as soon as she got off the phone with you she went to her dealer and spent the money you were bringing her with the promise that she would pay when your date with her was over, and now she's lit up in her room and totally fucks off your date while you're sitting in some sketchy parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for her and looking like some straight guy waiting for a hooker because you stick out like a sore thumb in this dump. If she does show up, she's fucked up and out of it and the fun isn't that much fun. Finally, I"ve had girls just completely take me for granted and show up looking like shit because it's only me. On the street, they have to look good.

I made a date with a Vegas girl once and I told her exactly when I was coming to town and when I could see her. I start texting her when I have a better idea of the exact time when I would arrive, and nothing. I even knock on her door, and her roommate tells me she's out on the stroll because she was broke. What the fuck? She knew I was coming, and now she'll be walking and might or might not get a date but fucked up a sure thing. I drove right past her up the road and picked up someone else. An hour later she was texting me like crazy.

Plenty of girls out on the street do a shit job because they're desperate or dope sick or they just hate blowing strangers, but those girls would not do a better job if you called them at a better time. I have also realized that negotiation is not a favorable thing with hookers. They may call you when they are a little more anxious to earn any money they can, but that rarely translates to better service. It's all about the girl.

As for "enforcement avoidance", getting a girl's number will not keep you out of jail if she is an undercover and you talk to her like she is a hooker about doing hooker stuff. If anything, you are more at risk if she is undercover, because an undercover won't get in to your car. If a cop is across the street watching her, then you stopping to talk to her is still probable cause for them to pull you over. They can't charge you with prostitution, but they can give you a bullshit ticket and charge you if they find something in your car.

Why when I do my thing I am there just to see her up front get the number and get out so I can do my research never say anything to the girls accept if you may have her number any idiot can beat that charge if you do get arrested.

Was out there about 4:30 yesterday afternoon, not too much action. Drove up to Flamingo, turned around and headed back towards BS, passed the freeway and busted a you turn. Get to the light on DI, looking at my phone when the light turned green, other cars had already started moving. Took off and LE hit me with lights and siren! He came up to the car and said he pulled me over because I was past the limit line at the intersection!! I didn't argue with him but it was clear why he stopped me. Asked a bunch of question that had nothing to do with this BS stop (where I was going, what I do for a living, have any felonies). They did not search my car but his partner was looking very closely in my back seat area. They finally let me go with a warning. I took off they stayed behind me, I told them I was going to the buffet at Sam's Town, they stayed behind me until I made the left into the parking lot, then they made a you turn.

Was in Sam's for about 45 minutes, left and damn there they were again as soon as I pulled on to BH, they were a few cars behind me so I'm not sure if it was the same ones but I kept checking my mirror and see them pull over someone else just across Flamingo. Saw about 3 more between there and DI, took my ass home.

Talk to them that's the cardinal sin. They are liars you're lucky it wasn't anything else always be courteous and as well within your rights to ask if your being detained if not tell them see ya sucker!
