How did the steel libido work for increasing your actual libido and desire? Trying to find some alternative to starting TRT therapy.

Start throwing down about 1000 mg's of Maca and Saw Palmetto root extract. Gas station pills work but they can give you a rocking headache if you aren't sufficiently hydrated. I highly recommend you going to Adam & Eve on South Blvd and getting either a blue or green Kangaroo pill. Those are great and I've never experienced any side effects.

Funny was just having this discussion with a fellow monger! I use V from time to time and as mentioned I take a pill an hour before action on an empty stomach. I have a prescription from RO, their set up was easy and all done on-line, they offer 6 "doses" of 60 mg for 36 $. This comes as 3 pills of 20 mg in a packet. I normally take 1 pill out of the pack, these doses last for months that way. Side effects are red eyes (like 420) and flushed face. Delivery was in a plain brown envelope delivered via mail. That being said, I also try and maintain a decent weight, limit my alcohol intake, do some type of cardio, and eat brazil nuts (naturally high in testosterone) and foods with good zinc content, and will occasionally take an L-arginine supplement. While its not like when I was 16, it has positive affects. The biggest issues to my sexdrive / performance are my stress / anxiety levels and how attracted I am to the provider LOL. Just going to give my 2 cents on how Vitamin V affected a 30-33 year old who didn't need it. The only thing it seemed to do that benefitted me was increase blood flow to my member. Didn't make it larger, it did make it harder which was only a solution to me because I was living in the Philippines at the time. Which means I was constantly having sex not just every night but all night and into the morning. The side effect was that it lead to the prevention of an orgasm which totally defeated my purpose of having sex. I was splitting the pills in half and only taking half a dose. I did not need it but the MSM (liars) were doing reports on people using Vitamin V recreationally to enhance their sexual experience. I never finished all 10 pills I bought, not having an orgasm no matter how long I went lead to my members going numb. I would rather have ED than a numb boner. Scared the shit out of me and never used it again. Now that I am older and have an ED issue from time to time I started finding more natural remedies. Increased Zinc in diet, no porn, urinating fully before sex and limiting myself to 1 orgasm a week. There is a chart somewhere that explains how many orgasms a typical man can handle for his age. I am at the once a week mark with my age and it won't long before I am at the once a month mark. Nothing against people who actually find Vitamin V useful, those with blood flow issues might actually benefit from it but I would go with more natural ways before I went with Viagra. Guys I know who take Cialis seem to be satisfied with it, I know nothing about that other than all of them said their penis got a bit larger.

It helps with blood flow, but you still have to get the right stimulus. It will not automatically give you a hard on if for example someone you are not attracted to tries to turn you on. I have used them as an insurance policy. I hate to nut pussy and not get turned on because I am nervous.
