I noticed this happens quite a bit sometimes. Guys will tell you that they have an UTR, but never share the digits. Might as well move on! SMH.

Telling people about an UTR defeats the purpose of having an UTR. Also, I'm pretty sure these so called UTR ladies see other mongers as well. As to your post, maybe they just want to brag about it? Who knows.

I know it's a tall order, but I'd love to find a 18-22 year old provider. They seem to be rare and are usually on the scene for a short time. I've done a search here, STG, and EM with no hits. I'd gladly pay a finders fee for a good lead. Thanks all!!
