Text the lady you want to see, make sure it is one that is on the available today tab or you may not get a response. Tell them you need to be verified and maybe when you would like to schedule. They will likely get back to you and go from there. Note, when you text you are not really texting the lady, it's a scheduler.

I recall having the same issue the first time I tried to book online. Finally texted my request and answered a few questions via text to pass verification. Then I hit a second hurdle, which was that the person I wanted to see wouldn't see first-time customers. My backup didn't have that requirement and I've seen four of these lovely ladies since.

I agree, Jayla is fantastic.
