About to burst my DI cherry this week. I often tipped independents over my years of seeing them, but this will be my first ever agency visit. What is the consensus on the board about tipping DI girls? Do you? How much?

I do tip. As far as the amount that is up to you. I can tell you that DI takes $50.00 for each appointment. Me personally I tip $50.00 so the girls get their published amount. But that's just me.

Sometimes at least the day before is necessary. Especially with really popular girls visiting from out of town. Some of the lesser "popular" (but still fucking amazing) are available same day. Sometimes you may not get a response until the morning. Hey all these people have regular lives too. I've always had great interactions with the bookers. Ok first of all thanks to everyone that responded to my request for the fav GFE in the DI stable. It looks like I'm going to be spending several dollars on these DI dolls.
