The kgirl scene has always been difficult to get into. That hasn't changed. What has changed is the bar for entry, which keeps getting higher and more invasive. Assuming the booker gets a per client fee regardless of the girl then the booker would rather take a risk to get no fee to try to get two fees at the expense of Stella getting a client.
