With BTT is through booker. MAA it's a menu and it's a upcharge they list out the prices when you book. I can try charm my way but I rather just enjoy the moment and pay what the girl deserves. And I'm not risking a blacklist.

Interesting take on this. I knew about BTT that you had to discuss it with the booker first and you can not upgrade it during the session. BTT highly discourages this.

However, did not know much about MAA as how they deal with it. So in case the situation such as yours at MAA, when things happen during the session, what you think is the minimum that one should be offering for the upgrade for extended menu. I guess it can differ from person to person yet there should be something that may be minimum for the upgrade right.
