On a recent visit $$ 2 donation up front GFE one pop. Took my time to enjoy diff positions etc. Then massage etc 15 min to go and he's up. That said, I tip STELLAR service. Not just a good time but a job well done and usually is the sum of a second pop if it came unsolicited as the extra grant isn't a huge ask in the grand scheme of things. Don't feel pressured to tip if it's not asked though with reasonable cause. It's a "if you want to be nice" then do it. Certainly don't tip expecting extra services or OTC time though as you'll just set yourself up to be disappointed.

Took some of the advice given and got screened by both LTLV and VAC along with my guys and we all decided to spread out. I took Jin A despite the limited research available but can't complain as she was actually pretty hot.
