Thought this may be of interest to others, but recently been on a bit of a calorie deficit as part of a diet the past week or so and have noticed a bit of a drop in libido. Reminded me of times I've been on medication which also had a noticeable impact (I. E. SSRI's, anxiety meds, etc. , that have well known side effects).

I'm sure with diets it's more temporary as your body adjusts to sudden macro intake changes (particularly getting enough fat) and its effect on testosterone but didn't really cross my mind until recently. Often times I've heard of working out and exercising increasing libido, but not many examples of negative effects.

Just another thing to note regarding how diet / exercise can affect you personally if you're active in more ways than one.

I respond to fresh ads, get replies, then nothing. I go to meet a chick at a shitty motel on 128th, then she ghosts me in the parking lot. Only to text when I'm almost home that she's ready. So many texts, from different fresh numbers too so I know it's not blacklisting. Been trying to spend my money for 4 days now and haven't managed to connect with anyone.

I guess these girls have all the money they need then.

I've been in those ruts as well, even using the other board as I tend to be picky. There's just not much accountability for flakes unless you're willing to write alerts each time which most of us won't do if we really want to see someone. And of course the ones you're not interested in are likely easy to contact.

All of them complain about no call no shows.

I just went to my favorite massage spot instead and left happy.

A lot of women will string you along just in case they need sessions on a particular day regardless if they know they can or not. I'd just do the same and ghost if you can't see them.
