Highly recommend plenty of fish for the apps if you're looking to find a provider. There's plenty on there. I had a lot of success with Tinder before I was kicked off. I used to travel and could usually find many UTR types that could be swayed with a little convincing. Meetup can be great to make introductions. There is a direct message function but they monitor it and look for any explicit communication. I find it a great way to meet.
