If you go and donate blood you get tested for all kinds of stuff for free including STI's.

And you get a free T-shirt also at times you get up to $20 in a gift card good at places like walmart target or if its food.

It could be good for Applebee's outback and tons of other places.

They test you for cholesterol iron blood pressure covid antibodies HIV clap herpies.

They don't use your blood until it is cleared after testing.

However you have to fudge on the questionnaire and if you do come up positive on any of it they will call you and ask questions. LOL.

WOW!

Well I just got back from Rockledge Regional med center / Steward Reference lab; for std testing on chalamydia, hiv, gonorrhoeae, RPR, and syphilis = $904.00; with no insurance and 65% discount, $316.40 out the door. Next time health department!

This is info that I saved from somewhere on the Brevard forum in the last 12 mos--you might be able to do a search and come up with more:

}}cheap STD testing at the Florida Dept of Health on University Blvd in Melbourne. HIV, Syphillis, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia is only $40 for all combined testing.

}}. If you request Truvada which can prevent HIV 1 they will give you a free 90 day supply. You first must give a blood sample for screening to see if you are okay to take it.

$40 is a good value for tests-BUT, if something comes back positive, I'm not sure what options there are--no idea if they can 'treat' you or if you have to find a real Doc (Urgent care, maybe? And (to me) that's just as important as the testing.

Please post if you find options.

The treatment for the conditions that were mentioned includes notifying the Health Department also; as per state law so an urgent care can handle those situations as well as any place.
