On the Clearwater side of the bay you should be cruising the St Pete Board rather than the Tampa Board. Tracey on Ulmerton very near the St Pete / CW airport (10 min) is a good bet for CIM and as reviewed by yours truly and a few others in the last 6 weeks as a singular talent in that area. I won't get into specifics, but I think the pictures are dated. I was looking for an attractive older type for FS and BBBJCIM.
