My guess is he works for a collections company. Other guess would have been in logistics, but he said that he knows providers through his job and I can't see any of them working in or using logistics.

Also, as I told GolfGuy, It's not necessary to correctly identify the company name. Example, FedEx driver is the same as a UPS driver. However they are different than a pizza delivery driver or an Uber driver. Does that make sense?
