Did she happen to mention her name and when retired if she was working this area? Five years isn't that long ago so someone should remember her.

Unfortunately no. I sent one initial email and ask how long she had been retired. She sent me her phone number and said about 5 years. I was going to text her and get all that information but of course I waited too long and everything disappeared including the email. I learned a lesson. I'll always write down the numbers from now on or screenshot it.

I'm guessing SA took it down due to the "Professional" part. Usually when the user takes them down, it just deactivates and the emails are still there, you just can't reply. Hers totally disappeared. I had contacted her and she gave me her cell number. I was busy this weekend so told her I would text her today (Monday) and stupid me didn't save the number because I figured I'd just look at the email today then text. But Nooooo. Now it's gone and I don't have it! LOL. Another lesson on procrastination! Oh yeah.. she did mention she had been "retired" for about 5 years....
