Make sure you've "registered" the card online with a name, address, and phone number. They don't have to be your name, address, or phone number, but they should match what you put in the fields on the website.

I've now seen two people I know on secret benefits. One I actually know and the other I've seen at Krogers several times. I'm wondering if the profiles are real. I also get notifications that "sexysuzy" or whoever likes your profile. That site just doesn't seem real to me.

I don't see any more fake / rinser profiles on SB than on SA. The difference (and what spikes guys' ire) is that there's an incremental cost for every message so the crap ones are actually costing money vs SA, where there's no cost associated with failed attempts.
