Its been a long time since I've been to an apartment AMP. But, I'm going to go out on a limb and say probably not. Most the times the girls act like they don't speak English. That doesn't mean they don't speak English. That means some do some don't. But, I believe more act like they don't. IMO, it would take multiple visits with the same girl that has satisfied you multiple times. Anything is possible with the all mighty dollar. I'd get a translator app and basically have it written out in Chinese requesting a shot early and a shot at the end for a larger than normal tip. Don't try this on your first couple visits with the same girl. You want her to remember you and remember you tipped her well. I've had them at a regular AMP but only with girls I've seen multiple times. I've had shit happen that I was shocked I was able to do. But, it was with girls that I've seen many times.
