I'm guessing probably because they're quite expensive. Claire Gold is 800/ hr. You'd be hard pressed to find someone shell out that kinda money here.

If you want good GFE providers, Jessica Foxx, Hayley Muse, are considered really good (although I haven't had the chance to see them). Exotic Kelli and Blair Parker also have fairly good reviews. Fiona Ender is from Fayetteville but travels to Raleigh occasionally. Otherwise there is a site called BKS which has a revolving door of MILF type beauties with generally good reviews.
