Went the other day and it was a mess to begin with. I get there a few minutes early and someone is parked in the stall. Fine. I wait till my appointment time and text her letting her know I was there and the rest of the situation. The guy doesn't come out till 20 minutes later to move. I assume it was the previous customer. I had the same thing happen to me, NR after reaching out x 2. She did respond after my third attempt and I was able to easily schedule a session.
