Actually Osaka is on the same side as the Chinese Chun Wah restaurant but pass it almost to the end of that street before the intersection. Turn left and park next to the gate fence straight ahead next to the walk up stairs on the second floor. Pretty discreet no walk of shame and I could not care less who is watching.
