I would like to know how much taxpayer money they spent to arrest 42 people. With Surprise and Scottsdale police working together 42 people seems like a really low number. Well done boys in blue.

Scottsdale has a been a no go zone for me for many years. You have to be a "licensed escort" to operate inside the city boundaries. There were 121 misdemeanor and 37 felony arrests in the operation. Which makes it 23% successful. I wish someone had time to do a deep dive on these operations and find out how much time, money, and manpower are used during these dog and pony shows.
