Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't what you describe the actual expectation by definition of an ESCORT SERVICE? Escort services are 100% legal, where one person pays another person to accompany them to social events or just be a social companion. That's what the legal service is.

I used to be skeptical but I have encountered too many first hand reports to deny it. There are guys who will drop several hundo just to meet and chat. I suspect there are a variety of reasons: impotent but interested, sexually shy, just too much damn money!, etc. From what I have heard, they are never steady and usually disappear after a date or two. The variety of human behavior seems to be limitless. I imagine these are pretty lonely people and I cannot bring myself to resent them.

Honestly, its a wasteland here now. "Consistent" is something we don't have anymore. I would suggest sitting out Cincy entirely. Or driving up to Columbus if you have the ability to, there are providers there who are attractive, reliable, coherent, and service oriented. In the past when the first mention of screening is mentioned that wasn't in the ad, I would request everything they just requested from me, "for my safety'. They almost always freak out on me. But the few that actually saw the humor in it, and would forego the BS of that background check, I world end up meeting.
