When I started 15-20 years ago it was pretty standard for massage with HJ places to be labeled as massage while FS places were known as Spas. Someone mentioned that it was for licensing legal reasons. Is that rule still in place? I notice a lot of places listed as massage when I'm pretty sure they're more spas.

Got a couple reviews about Joy's current location. It appears she is working out of a Waikiki Hotel, or Condotel with no parking and no massage table, just a bed.
