There used to be (and maybe there still is) regular activity from the area where Broadway and Columbus splits west to 50th street. I used to cruise through there a few years back and would see workers maybe 25% of the time while I was on the job and travelling between sites, so seeing activity M thru F 8 to 5 means there's probably more during off hours.

As for the other two areas, they're near DACCO (as is the first, but) and it could very well be some girls who were tossed out of there or still struggling to let go of the streets and take the plunge and check in to DACCO.

There used to be a report or two of scoops at the nearby gas station where they'd go for cigarettes, but usually those who are allowed out of the facility have some clean time behind them, still.

Other than DACCO, which houses residents in recovery from addiction, there is a methadone clinic.

Not far west of the eastbound I-4 exit. Exit on the left side of the freeway and left at the light and under the bridge. It will be on the right side of Columbus Drive.

The people who need methadone because they stopped using heroine generally show up there to get their daily dose when it opens at 7 am. Some of the women will work close to the nearby bus stop or along Columbus Drive early in the morning if they were denied their dose due to lack of funds or any another reason. First they try to beg, borrow, or steal what they need. Some will turn a quick trick.

A few locations (all relatively in the same area) that were not part of the "Operation" that I have recently observed a considerable amount of SW activity:

1. E 14th Ave & and 52nd St. - Lots of SW activity by the football field. There were literally 5 gals roaming the area when I drove by this past weekend. There were 2 brunettes that looked pretty damn good.

2. Melburne Blvd. And 49th St. On any given day you can find talent in that area. Especially if you pull thru the Roadway parking lot at check-out time.

3. E 19th Ave. And Stallone Dr. - The last couple of weeks there has been a slutty looking blonde WSW standing at that intersection. She is definitely working as I watched her get scooped on a couple of different days while I sat at the 40th and 19th red light.

I have not partaken of any of these girls, but there is definitely a lot of activity.

The sting activity was a mix of hotel / online and street, and most of it was hotel arrests. Your analysis does nothing to predict likelihood of finding SW's in those areas.

In the past I have found a few gems in non-SW areas, but just because I have found them doesn't mean other girls work that area. They might simply be walking to another area and I see them on their way. I will stop for girls that look like they might be up for P4P anywhere I see them. I simply ask them if they need a ride. Sometimes they just take the ride and are not looking for anything else. Sometimes it pays off.

In other words, LE could post up a decoy anywhere in Tampa and catch guys. Doesn't mean the arrest area is a fertile hunting ground.

All true. The bulk of the analysis is pending scouting the areas. Grouping the data points was not intended to be the entire analysis. The numbers are simply the numbers.

The leg work of scouting, or as SgtPep contributed, can provide new hunting grounds where workers may be concentrated.

Your statement about finding them anywhere is accurate, but unpredictable, hence the need for areas with multiple workers "strolling. ".

4 at 1022x PALM RIVER RD.

5 on Hillsborough Avenue in the TNC area.

10 at 542x WATERS AV W.

PLUS some one-offs at CAUSEWAY BL / GORNTO LAKE RD S and I75 and / DR KING BL E.

I have not had time to research the "lay of the land" in these areas, but I do know Nowatney is a well known stroll.

I plan to drive to a few of these areas and check for SW activity. Since they are far apart and since one drive-by will not likely determine anything, I expect this will take a while.

Anyone willing to provide scouting reports in conjunction with this is welcome to do that.
