I tried getting the vaccine without luck. The pharmacist said they could not do it because I was older than what the CDC guidelines say and my doctor said he doesn't think I should get it. I'll ask him again during my next appointment.

Persistence from a civilian shouldn't change a doctor's mind.

And it's really not a thing to worry about especially after middle age.

Research and consider going to a healthcare professional who specializes in these matters like a doctor at Planned Parenthood.

They could use the support these days too.

What good does testing do besides alerting you after the fact? Are you telling me that after you discover you have syphilis, only then will you start wrapping up? LOL.

I'm saying the chance of contracting syphilis is relatively low, and the consequence is having to take a course of antibiotics, cause I'll catch it via testing quickly. Low risk, low negative consequence, take preventive measures via testing. I'm single, and I'm not dating anyone. I'm ok with this risk. I'm not saying it's for everyone. Just answering his question.

I'm assuming from HPV? The bad things about HPV is that it rarely is cancerous, but you'll never know until it's too late because in men there is no way to test for it.

I get tested every 4 to 6 weeks, unless I'm really active and get tested more frequently or really inactive and get tested less frequently. I ask partners for test results. I'd be lying if I said I haven't fucked a girl that didn't have results or that I later found out was a junkie, but then
