If you love Portland and wants to contribute to its glory as I do we must all do our part to stop talking politics and start bangin these overvalued overpriced hoors from up off their pedestal the problem is 100% the slatterns and strumpets in this town there inflated egos and the pricing which reflect that nothing else not clean water or tents or forestry or ted wheeler or the economy its the hookers stupid that is all gentleman.

Someone asked for links on potential problems with a mass vax. One form nature microbiology on ADE.

I had a co-worked get c-19 after the shot and passed away. Was it ADE? Don't know. We are seeing many vaxed people getting pretty darn sick, Chris Rock, Oscar DeLa Hoya. Our inmune systems are finely turned and vaccines " enhance " it. In some people there are risks. Look at the hospitalizations in Israel. 60-70% double vaxed. Now a forced booster.

Anyway, a voting paper on what could be happening in some people.

Also, mRNA was tried in SE Asia in 2016 for dengue fever. It was pulled after some kids got the wild virus after being vaxed and got very sick!! The media and pundits are oversimplifying this thing.

Actually the CDC and also the Italian health services have revised their " numbers "' to indicate that only about 7-9% of the c-19 deaths were of healthy people that got the disease and perished. Roughly the same number as the. Flu. John Hopkins researcher look at the numbers and realized the heart disease (kills 500,000/ Yr in the USA) had almost disappeared in 2020. The research paper was pulled almost immediately after she published. Hey, maybe it was not peer reviewed. The all cause mortality for 2020 nearly shows a blip from previous years! It's time we look at the facts, but that ship sailed Match, 2020. Too bad.

It's beginning to look like many c-19 deaths were on people with multiple co-morbidities. I'm not saying c-19 is not serious. Many on the left, lets face it, appear to be offended at the revised data. Why? It's good news!! New Zealand has effectively destroyed its free society where the average age of death is like 82 years old! Perhaps it's worth it.

There have been deaths form the vax that are not only related blood clots. It's more than three. I know three people dead since being vaxed. Not saying it's sheep-ish to get the vax, I'm saying all medications have side effects and no one medication is a panacea. I believe the authorities we're counting on a techno miracle and it didn't materialize.

Last thing. Why would Pfizer seal the clinical trials data for 55 years? It's this standard practice? Not saying it's anything, again, it may be standard practice.

P.S. Got to love how all the organic food loving, non-gmo cookie eating, Keen wearing natural medicine using libs rushed out and took a genetically engineered shot! And then othered folks who wanted more information and applied a healthy skepticism about a new medication. The real virus is sanctimoniousness!

There's a huge difference between dying WITH Covid and dying FROM Covid. I don't think we truly know the true numbers of deaths because anyone that had covid in their system when they died of other causes, still show up in the numbers. Eventually, we will see the numbers reported from the CDC on a statistic called "Expected Annual Deaths". The data is still coming in, but that will hopefully eventually tell us the true impact of Covid. I'm more concerned about impact to our kids from two years of lockdowns, forced masking, long term possible effects of the vaccine, etc.

That information is already in for 2020, the annual death rate in the USA went up by 16%. I think we will see a higher number for 2021 just based on younger, otherwise healthy people I know that have died.

It's definitely changed society. About twice the usual number of people retired, too, which is one of the main contributors to the employee shortage we are seeing.

As you pointed out, with time we will learn the true impact.

I believe the vax has saved some lives. It has also harmed some lives. One NBA player is out. The free diver world record holder has a heart issue. A soccer player for Barcelona, there are more. So it depends on the person.

I'm certainly not opposed to any vaccine. I am however opposed to mandating vaccines by the federal government! There was a time when a democrat would be outraged at the idea of that. Times change.

I am puzzled why the vaccines are still being forced on people when the CDC admits it does not stop transmission, nor infection, and may prevent serious covid. Vaccinated individuals carry higher viral load (look it up!). What's the point? Boosters are now going to be mandated too possibly! Strange. I had a coworker who died of covid after being fully vaccinated. 53 yo. This fella went through the worse of the pandemic and was fine, now he's gone. Two kiddos left behind. Was it the vax?? Who knows, but in his case it didn't save him. So I'm (and my kids) are to be forced to take a treatment that I have personal experience with didn't work? Could have been me!

That's the issue I have. Why force vax healthy individuals? The libs hate this, but there are viable treatments now.

Last thing. One size fits all cure (every human vaxed) is in NO WAY "science. " That's scientism!

I encourage all who feel the vaccine is appropriate to receive it and future boosters! I understand many feel safer out there with the vax. Great! We have an economy to recover. Life has to go on. Forcing this will have epic blow back. And stop the demonizing of unvaccinated people. That's disgusting! IMO of course.

Honestly both the left and the right have ignored the homeless, and mental health issues in or area since forever. Just now it is out of control and neither side has an answer on how to fix it, nor do they seem to want to. There have ben minor things that have helped, but there has to be more done, and people need to stop looking at this crap as a political left vs right thing, and more of how the fuck do we make things better for us all. Come up with ideas, until one sticks, and work together.

Not a pipe dream. I'll give you my idea but ANTIFA burns the city when the camps are swept. So let's agree that shit has to be dealt with. Break a window, go to jail. (the will never go for that LOL). Keep in mind I'm a liberal. Or was.

I moved to PDX in 1999. Back then were no tent cities. Street people sure, but semi-permanent structures with fencing (I-5) and home made stoves didn't exist. The solution is tough love. There are shelters that don't tolerate bad behavior. Enforcement of the camping law that's on the books already (that will get rid of a third of the losers just tent hoping let's face it). Shelter beds too! Remove the NGOs from state money (homeless industrial complex) who take your tax dollars and donate it to feckless politicians that refuse to enforce the law. Wheeler marched with the " peaceful protesters " and got gassed LOL. Anyway,

If there's beds available, your tent comes down! It's hard for sure and given the enormous size of the problem it may be too late. Benches will only be used to secure more tents. Until progressives drop the idea that the rich cause all the problems, it won't get better. IMO. And the right has been soft on it too! They want to be liked by the NYT too!

I should add… drug rehab and mental institutions are also vital. Closing up the border to the dope may help although stuff gets through. I believe 100,000 ODs last year. There’s no political will to take the heat form the mob if the tough steps are implemented. Libs can’t face the fact that their ideas are good natured, but terrible realities. I know, I was one. Lol

It sucks because it was a great little city! I watched it go from sleepy CLEAN city, to super hipster, and decline to the progressive pit it is today. It's really sad. It had a lot to offer.

The decline was clear since about 09-10 after the occupy " movement " broke up. The tents spread. I lived in the Hollywood area and loved the vibe. Two attempted entries into my home and a homeless man showering in my driveway with my hose was enough. I have younger kids and if something had happen after that waring shot, I'm not a victim I'm a fool! Covid really brought out the real face of progressive liberal ideas!! They all think they are sooooo right about all of this. The self righteousness of the people (not all) is sickening! Shout out to the normal folks trying to make the city work. I hope they can take it back, but.

Not to get all political but this story is an example of why the place is lost and why the left is losing support at an alarming yet satisfying pace! They simply refuse to address the real issues. All ideology about how the rich have ruined the world! LOL BTW I considered myself a strong " progressive". No longer. I'll take Orange man over this crap. LOL.

Even the most liberal of Dems can't argue with you about the decline in Portland. When I moved here 15 years ago, it was awesome. It was open minded, but respectful. Nobody in their right mind wants their city boarded up and covered in graffiti and garbage. This place is a cesspool, and there is no hope of ever having a majority to vote in qualified leaders.

And you'll find life nicer overall outside of PDX area. It's a total bubble! I spent 22 years in it. It has a way of closing the mind off from realty. LOL. Not to mention the garbage and needles (please don't defend it, the majority of public opinion is that's it's a madhouse). You'll really see it once you leave. Just my opinion of course. Trust me, there's better places out there. You don't have to live with tent cities and murders (67 so far 2021). Seein how this is the rant section. GET AS FAR AWAY FORM THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THAT CITY AS YOU CAN! It's not coming back. Despite the outrageous taxes and real estate prices.

P.S. I got my "art tax" bill at my new address. I wrote on the front " f*ck you the schools were closed last year!" Not sure if my assistant included a check. Every time I'm there for business my decision to escape is reaffirmed. I really hoped it would turn around as there are a few common sense good people there. Lunatics have the majority at the moment.
