I used SA when I first moved to Florida 5 years ago and I was a fucking rock star. I had to beat the girls off with a stick, I couldn't keep up. I had 4-5 girls trying to hook up with me every night and these chicks would come hang out and we'd spend the entire night fucking and they'd make me breakfast in the morning, some chicks would stay over for days and never even ask for a dime. It's far easier to find <$300 on Secret Benefits. While there are far more 9's and 10's on SA, you can find 6-8's on SB for $150-300, especially if you like more GND / curvy girls. They also assume everything is PPM rather than asking for monthly allowances.

The downside is SB uses a weird token charge approach. You have to buy 200/500/1000 tokens and then you pay 10 tokens for first messages ($3. 50-5/ per new first message). Ain't that the truth. Opening with a 200-300 per meet offer has maybe a 50/50 success rate, but up it to 400-500 and most of them will bite. I have one long-term SB now, who could be a body double for Krystal Boyd / Angelica Ebbi. And while I'm aware of GPS, she's worth every dime.

The Phoenix part of the forum is pretty dead compared to others in general as well not just the SBs. The area isn't the friendliest for the hobby so a lot of us are extra cautious. I myself pretty much stopped mostly partaking in area because of the risks. I will say 200-400 will be average what you can find.

I have been using SA in PHX on and off for about 5 years. Seems like it is feast or famine, though in the last couple of years the girls have gotten a lot more mercenary than they were at first as this has become mainstreamed. The hot ASU girls are looking for 400 and up, I pass on that. You can still find a decent experience at the 200 price point but it takes some work.
