Takeaways and key points: It's essentially a stationary adult orientated slip and slide. The air mattress itself in combination with loss of friction from the gel doesn't provide the usual support you would expect even with a lousy mattress. As such, getting the right angles is difficult and you need to exert more energy into each position than usual. In short, you get winded and tired easily. I'm no athlete and definitely could be in better shape but I felt like I ran a mile at a sprint pace afterwards. And, god, the cramps came out of the woodworks to boot if you're not flexible.
