The Good Foot Spa in Mt Prospect has a quasi private room. For the foot massage only they have a large open room with chairs, but rarely was anyone sitting there. When you get the one hour body / foot massage they will put you in a room with two massage beds. There is not a door for that room, but a curtain that they close. I am always naked when getting a massage. They start with soaking your feet, then start the foot massage. Seems right after that they want to do the L1. After that they do the body massage. I had been there at least 5 times or so and never left without a L1. The woman are nothing to write home about, and are on the older side.

I myself am not sure I would take this as 100% confirmation she was there anytime recently before they closed since SmileySam didn't really give any idea on a real time frame. Awhile back a year ago?
