So I took the plunge and went today. When I walked in there was a woman at the front desk (the eventual MT) and a man in a back office. The man never came out of the office which was a good thing. When I passed by the wheeling store saw a male sitting in the reception desk. Decided not to go inside and came back. One of the Google reviews say it's a male MT there. No go place.
