There's a process to dispute and just play stupid and tell them you'll behave. Some ladies are spiteful if you're not interested and depending on the tone of your message it can be taken out of context since no ones dumb enough to solicit sex for money.

After I got banned, I sent a message to SA customer support asking for evidence that I violated TOS. No response. I then sent a message that they could either a) reinstate my account, or b) I would do a chargeback on my CC. After a day or so I got a message saying they'd give me a refund for the time remaining on my (banned) account, which they did. I guess they figured taking a bit of my money was better than losing it all in a chargeback.

Check out the Boston board. It hasn't happened to me personally but to plenty of others.
