The Eastern Shore appears to be unexplored territory, with lots of treasures waiting to be discovered.

I agree. I drive the area frequently on the way to VA beach. Stops at the ROFO's show a lot of Chocolate talent. Mildly depressed area. When industry has shut down. Looks like some of those ladies would be open to a helping hand. But I haven't taken the time to research.
