I hear you. I'm sure many had good intentions. I know some on here are married and that can muck things up on short notice. Oh well, if you decide to do another one I'd love it.

I set up 2 at least marginally successful ones about 2 years ago I guess. They were maybe 2 months apart using the same provider. If I had just said "This is the time and date" they never would have happened. It had to be evening so that eliminated probably half of the 30 or so messages I got expressing interest. This guy works Mon nights, that guy bowls Tues nights, this guy works overnight and has to be on the road by 9, that guy works until 6 and can't start before 7. It was work to find a day and time that worked for even a relatively small number of guys. The first I had 6 guys (including myself) commit, 4 showed up. The second 5 committed, 3 showed up. The provider was not happy, correctly pointing out she could have just scheduled 3 back to back appointments and made the same amount in less time.

We all complain about crappy communications from providers, but I'm going to tell you that a lot of guys were no better. It was like herding cats getting a response from some of them. I'm 99% sure I could set another one up, but honestly it's not worth the hassle of chasing guys around only to have a 30-40% no show rate.

A forum such as this is not the best way to set up a gangbang / orgy. I believe the best option is the website "fetlife" as there are local groups already set up for this. No, there isn't a fool-proof method and that website is hit or miss also, but there is a better chance with fail-safes in place.
