All you need to do is browse these and other pages and it doesn't take you long to realize they are all mentally messed up. Not even a clue to what reality could be. Then the participants and the excuses, the time frame, never when their available, Their dog ate their condoms, or just say their going to be there and flake. I tried the same thing. Five guys said they were down. Day of three went silent and then one didn't show. It ended up being me and one other guy. If you are down to doing on, I'm all in for it.

Stop using just this site to try to setup gangbangs, fellas. I've explained this Ron M before to no avail. I've set up a few gangbangs using SLS (https://www.swinglifestyle.com/) and FetLife. Also, stop trying to charge hundreds of dollars at the door to participate. Unless the woman is drop dead gorgeous or a legit porn star, no one is going pay that much for sloppy 5 ths, 10 ths, etc. Use a hotel, charge around 50 at the door and (in my experience) plan on about 50% of the guys who say they're going to show up to actually show up. The last gangbang I set up using a good looking provider (I'd rate her a 7) who was down with BBFS with all holes open for business she capped at 30 guys, of which 14 actually showed up the day of. Spend the extra money on a suite for the extra room (it cost $130) and play some music (not so loud to cause a noise complaint). BYOB. I'd recommend doing it during the afternoon / early evening before the hotel fills up for the night. Anyway, everyone had a good time, especially her. While she didn't get rich, she did make over 500 for a couple hours of fun.

I set up 2 at least marginally successful ones about 2 years ago I guess. They were maybe 2 months apart using the same provider. If I had just said "This is the time and date" they never would have happened. It had to be evening so that eliminated probably half of the 30 or so messages I got expressing interest. This guy works Mon nights, that guy bowls Tues nights, this guy works overnight and has to be on the road by 9, that guy works until 6 and can't start before 7. It was work to find a day and time that worked for even a relatively small number of guys. The first I had 6 guys (including myself) commit, 4 showed up. The second 5 committed, 3 showed up. The provider was not happy, correctly pointing out she could have just scheduled 3 back to back appointments and made the same amount in less time.

We all complain about crappy communications from providers, but I'm going to tell you that a lot of guys were no better. It was like herding cats getting a response from some of them. I'm 99% sure I could set another one up, but honestly it's not worth the hassle of chasing guys around only to have a 30-40% no show rate.

The one I set up, 20 guys wanted to do it. Five came down to saying they were going to and then on the day of, only one showed up. To say the least the girl was pissed as she was expecting much more money. It actually ruined our thing we had as she felt I should of made up for the guys that didn't show. If I try to set up another one, I'm for sure asking for a deposit. I was out the room, and the provider was pissed. I'm thinking a deposit keeps the talkers out and will commit those that say they are and then don't show. At least this way the provider wouldn't be completely fucked over and waste her time.
