These are always tough to arrange. Always tons of initial interest followed by no shows if it actually happens. I'm fine with that, I'd rather be one of 5 than one of 10 .

There are always tons of no shows for these type of things. And it's too hard to satisfy everyone's day / time preferences. If weekday afternoons work best for her then that's what it should be.
